CAN’T MISS THINGS TO DO IN SAVANNAH
STROLL ALONG RIVER STREET
One could not come to Savannah without admiring the river on River Street. This iconic cobblestone street is a popular hub for locals and visitors alike. At over 200 years old, exploring these revitalized cotton warehouses serve as a rite of passage for those who visit to our beautiful city. Home to over 75 shops, galleries, studios, restaurants, pubs and more, Savannah’s River Street is the ultimate spot for relaxing by the water and ship-watching dozens of giant container ships passing by daily.
IMMERSE YOURSELF IN THE ARTS
Make time in your busy schedule to visit some of Savannah’s most notable art attractions. The Telfair Museum is the oldest public art museum in the Southeast. The Davenport House Museum is one of the oldest brick structures in the city, and its furnishings and artifacts display a glimpse of home life in the 1800s. Just outside of the city, nestled right off the Moon River, the Pin Point Heritage Museum offers visitors an inside look at the Gullah-Geechee community.
